CANCELLATIONS 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE
Cancellations are accepted by e-mail 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. If you cancel after this time the deposit will not be refunded. No-shows without prior notice will be charged for the full reserved stay.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. It is possible to leave your luggage at the hotel before that time, if previously consulted. Check-out is until 12.00 noon on the day of departure.

PETS
We accept pets as long as they are well behaved. The price is 10 euros per day. Let us know in advance as we have only one room for use.

SHEETS
Being an ecological establishment we dedicate our efforts to reduce our impact on the environment. Consequently, sheets will not be changed during stays of up to 3 days. During longer stays, sheets will be changed on the fourth day. If you wish to have the sheets changed more frequently it will be possible at an additional cost.

From Zaragoza
The total drive from the airport to the hotel is approximately 2 hours. From the airport follow the directions to the city of Zaragoza, and take the N232 towards Castellón and Alcañiz. From Alcañiz follow the N232 until you see the sign for the A231 towards Valderrobres. When you get to Valderrobres, cross the village, go over an iron bridge and you will reach a traffic circle. Take the first exit (towards Beceite) about 3 kilometers from this road and you will find the road to the hotel on the left.

From Reus
The total distance from the airport is approximately one hour and a half.
From the airport take the road to the left and take the T11 towards Falset/ Gandesa, which ends up being the N420. From Gandesa, follow the N420 until you reach Calaceite, where you turn left towards Cretas and Valderrobres. Before reaching Valderrobres there is a small traffic circle where you take the 3rd exit, direction Beceite. The hotel is about 3 kilometers on the left on this road.

From Barcelona
The total journey time is about 3 hours. From the airport take the road towards Tarragona, taking the T11 to Reus. From Reus follow the directions described above.
